From the device Embedded UI, tap Settings, then ..., select About, then General and look for IP address
First, find out the IP address of the device. Then use a browser such as Google Chrome, or Internet Explorer 10+ to connect to the device IP. The default user name is admin, default password is 1739
This is because BT MeetMe is not enabled on the device.
To enable BT MeetMe, go to the device Web UI and enable Conference Only Mode or Dual Mode under Settings > Features > Operation Mode
Most possible cause is the device does not have the right time and date set. To verify, look at the date/time on the device home screen, it may show the wrong date and time. The Settings icon on the home screen may also have a red alert and upon tapping will show NTP server failure which means device was not able to retrieve time from the network.
Make sure the corporate firewall allows for NTP traffic to go through, the default NTP servers are time.nist.gov and pool.ntp.org.
If your corporate IT policy does not allow Internet NTP traffic, please contact your IT administrator to get the local NTP server address. To change the NTP server configuration, go to the Web UI and click Settings > Network > NTP
The device also honors DHCP option 42 for NTP server setting, and when DHCP offers this option it will overwrite the default setting in the system. If the NTP server is not reachable then the device will not have the right time set. This can be corrected by either using static IP address setting, or correct the invalid NTP server setting in the DHCP server.
The customer network may not allow access to the Internet. The device uses LLDP to discover VLAN, and by default some customer network may assign a voice VLAN to the device and that voice VLAN may not have access to the Internet.
LLDP can be disabled from the Web UI under Settings > Network > Services > Enable LLDP. After the device finishes rebooting, verify the active VLAN ID from the device Web UI under Status > System > Network > VLAN ID In Use.
Confirm network connectivity by going to the device CLI interface (use Putty), login as admin and use default password 1739, then enter command 'system ping my.webjoin.com' to check if the device can connect to the BT server from the customer network.
The customer network may require HTTP traffic to go through a HTTP Proxy to get onto the Internet.
Find out what's the Proxy server address and the authentication credentials from the IT administrator. Then configure the HTTP Proxy from the Web UI under Settings > Dolby Voice Conferencing Service > Proxy. If the Proxy server does not require authentication then leave the Proxy User and Proxy Password field empty.
The device is running an older version of firmware.
Connect the device to the provisioning server per instruction at this link and get upgraded to the latest Dolby Conference Phone firmware.
Try to join the meeting by entering your email address. Tap ... from the passcode entry screen then enter your email address and passcode.
If all data input are correct and you are still getting the 'Meeting Not Found' error, the passcode you have entered might not be enabled with Dolby Voice. Please try to join using regular telephony call if the Dolby Conference Phone has enabled IP PBX mode.
If you can only join using regular telephony call, please contact BT to get a set of passcode with Dolby Voice enabled.
